Course Structure and Prices
Online Group Courses
The online group courses consist of four evening sessions which run over a four week period (one session per week). The sessions start at 6:30pm and last for 1-2 hours each. Throughout the sessions you have the opportunity to ask questions & your learning is supported outside of the course with learning materials and personal access to me for support and guidance.
In Person Group Courses
Courses taught to small groups are ideal as it can be extremely beneficial to meet like minded people in similar circumstances who you may be able to continue to meet with once your babies arrive. In these cases I will contact you individually to discuss locations, dates and prices. Group sessions cost £250 per couple and will be held at St Catherines, in Finchfield.

Additional discounts are available to couples who refer a friend and who present in a group already (minimum 2 couples).

One to one sessions provide ultimate flexibility and privacy. Sessions can be run at a time that is most convenient for you. Often run over two daytime sessions prices start at £300 to include the course and all the course materials. Evening sessions are also available with prices starting at £350.

Information for Partners

Hypnobirthing can be very successful for every woman, but the support of her partner can be enormously beneficial. During pregnancy and birth women are in a vulnerable and emotional position, and the support and encouragement of her partner can make all the difference. Partners are therefore encouraged to attend the hypnobirthing courses to enable them to provide the appropriate support throughout the pregnancy, labour and birth.

Partners are often more dubious about the method of Hypnobirthing so I have provided a link to feedback from other fathers/birthing partners for you to read for yourselves.
